• What you enter into the market-availability check: trade, approximate annual revenue, ZIP code, service radius, name, company, email address and mobile number.
• Standard technical data your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view here.
• Advertising and analytics identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, so we can measure which ads produce enquiries.

Why we collect it

• To check whether we are already at capacity for contractors in your territory.
• To contact you about the lead programme, including by phone, email and SMS, and to schedule and hold a call.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information with service providers who run parts of this process for us, including our form, scheduling, email, telephony and CRM providers, and with advertising and analytics platforms for measurement. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your enquiry with other contractors.

Marketing messages and SMS

If you give us your mobile number you agree we may contact you by call and text about this programme. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service messages about a call you have booked.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.
